A session to get to know Istana Budaya will be screened through corporate video and the group will be taken to the Panggung Sari space to feel the atmosphere of watching a performance. The entire guided tour will take approximately 1 hour 45 minutes. If the applicant fails to comply with the time set by the Istana Budaya, we will shorten the visit time.

1. Application Letter must be sent no later than two (2) weeks before the date of the visit to the Director General.

2. Istana Budaya will not entertain applications received for less than 2 weeks.

3. Istana Budaya also reserves the right to reject any visit application if the visit date overlaps with any official program at Istana Budaya.
