Visitors can use Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Kuantan, Kuala Lumpur to get to Istana Budaya. Public transport that can be used is taxis, buses (Rapid KL No.104) and also the Light Rail Transport (LRT) system at the Titiwangsa stop. There are two open spaces at Istana Budaya for visitors to park comfortably at no charge.
There is a comfortable surau available on the U1 floor that can be used by visitors to perform prayers.
There is a cafeteria that serves local and western dishes in buffet and à la carte. Operation hours Weekdays: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm on the day of the show: 7:00 a.m. -9:00 p.m.
Istana Budaya provides facilities for disabled visitors such as disabled toilets, wheelchairs and walkways in the lobby area of Istana Budaya
