This site is a tarred field area located between Istana Budaya and Balai Seni Negara and is popular with the “Program Laman Santai” as well as sales carnivals involving local celebrities because of the very suitable area. The Beringin yard is surrounded by large trees that shade this space.

Laman Beringin’s rental rate is RM2000(without electricity) or RM2400(with electricity) per day.

Laman Puri takes its name from the ancient kraton which is a classic name describing the palace courtyard. The yard is adorned with green plants interspersed with cold water fountains.

Laman Cempaka is an area full of yellow cempaka that grows every morning during the season. Apart from being suitable for sales carnivals, this site is also used for sports activities such as volleyball games and others organized by the Kelab KERIS.

Laman Cempaka’s rental rate is RM1000(without electricity) or RM1200(with electricity) per day.
