Selasar Pualam is located on the second (2) floor and is the largest lobby space in Istana Budaya. The name Selasar Pualam means porch with stone marble floors. The very spacious space with the condition of the floor decorated with precious marble brought from abroad makes Selasar Pualam look stately and attractive to use for various activities.

This space is often used for press conference sessions and is occasionally used as an additional training space for dance and acting. Apart from that, Selasar Pualam is suitable to be used as a banquet space if the number of guests present exceeds 100 people.

The rental rate for Selasar Pualam is RM1000 per day.
